MOSCOW. July 8 (Interfax) - Spain’s Repsol YPF is holding talks with Russia’s Rosneft on the purchase of a roughly 24% stake in Russia’s Sakhalin-3 oil and gas project, which is controlled by Rosneft (74.9%) and China’s Sinopec (25.1%), Repsol said in a notification letter to Spanish stock exchange regulators.
