MOSCOW. Oct 29 (Interfax) – The Russian Trading System (RTS) Index soared over 640 points following world markets and expectations that the U.S. Federal Reserve will lower the base rate after a meeting on Wednesday. Benchmark stocks on the RTS Index and the MICEX Stock Exchange went up 6%-27%.
