MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax) - The Russian stock market plunged to its lowest level in years as a result of negative external factors, namely falling oil prices as well as renewed fears about the U.S. mortgage crisis and the weak U.S. economy. Benchmark stocks plummeted 4.9%-9.1% on Tuesday.
